Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients as they enter the salon, offering a warm and welcoming experience.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle client inquiries regarding services, prices, and availability.
• Manage the salon’s booking system, ensuring appointments are scheduled efficiently and accurately.
• Check in clients for appointments and ensure they are comfortably settled before their services begin.
• Process payments for services and products, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it is always presentable for clients.
• Assist stylists and other staff members as needed with client needs or operational tasks.
• Handle client concerns or complaints in a professional and courteous manner, escalating issues to management when necessary.
• Keep track of inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Promote salon products and services to clients, providing recommendations when appropriate.

Qualifications:
